When you receive a review request from a business using Reppit, we collect the information you voluntarily provide, including your name, star rating, written feedback, and optionally your email address or phone number. We also collect basic device and browser information to prevent abuse and ensure service quality.
Your feedback is shared with the business that requested it so they can improve their services. Positive reviews may be routed to public review platforms (such as Google) at your discretion. Negative feedback is kept private between you and the business unless you choose otherwise. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Review requests are sent via SMS or email on behalf of the business. You can opt out of future SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once opted out, you will not receive further communications from that business through Reppit. Email opt-outs are handled via the unsubscribe link in each message.
We retain your feedback data for as long as the business maintains an active Reppit account. If a business closes their account, all associated customer data is permanently deleted within 30 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting the business directly or emailing us at privacy@usereppit.com.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), row-level database security, and secure token authentication. Your data is stored on infrastructure provided by Supabase and Vercel, both of which maintain SOC 2 compliance.
